1. Controller and contact
TEDDY'S MANSION, represented by 노현정, is the controller for BUPHY. Contact teddysmansion01@gmail.com for privacy requests.
2. Information handled
BUPHY does not require an account. Trip dates, bags, packing items, entered weights and airline selections are stored in your browser on your device. To show today and total visitor counts, we store a random browser visitor ID and send only that ID, visit date and language to Firebase Cloud Firestore. We do not store a name, email address, IP address, or trip and bag data in this visitor counter. We receive your email address and message only when you contact us by email.
3. Purpose and retention
Browser-stored data supports your ongoing trip planning and baggage checks. Inquiry data is used to respond and investigate errors, then deleted without delay when no longer needed, except where retention is required by law.
4. Analytics, transfers, sale and advertising
BUPHY uses Google Firebase Analytics for service improvement and error analysis, and Firebase Cloud Firestore for the anonymous visitor counter. It measures aggregated use such as page views, language changes, trip creation, item additions or removals, packing-list application and bag checks. Trip dates, bag contents, item names and entered weights are not sent as analytics events. Google LLC provides these services; online identifiers, device and usage information generated while using the service can be transmitted to Google processing infrastructure. BUPHY does not sell trip or bag data or use it for behavioural advertising.
5. Cookies and local storage
We use browser local storage and IndexedDB for service functionality. Clearing site data in your browser can delete saved trip data and may not be reversible.
6. Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion or restriction by email. You can also delete browser-only trip data directly through your browser settings.
7. Changes
We will post the effective date and material changes here before a changed processing practice takes effect. Effective 16 September 2026.
