1. Controller and contact
TEDDY'S MANSION, represented by 노현정, is the controller for BUPHY. Contact teddysmansion01@gmail.com for privacy requests.
2. Information handled
BUPHY does not require an account. Trip dates, bags, packing items, entered weights and airline selections are stored in your browser on your device. We receive your email address and message only when you contact us by email.
3. Purpose and retention
Browser-stored data supports your ongoing trip planning and baggage checks. Inquiry data is used to respond and investigate errors, then deleted without delay when no longer needed, except where retention is required by law.
4. Analytics, transfers, sale and advertising
If you allow analytics, BUPHY uses Google Firebase Analytics to measure aggregated service use such as page views, language changes, trip creation, item additions, packing-list application and final checks. Trip dates, bag contents, item names and entered weights are not sent as analytics events. Your choice is stored in your browser and can be declined in the first-visit prompt. BUPHY does not sell trip or bag data or use it for behavioural advertising.
5. Cookies and local storage
We use browser local storage and IndexedDB for service functionality. Clearing site data in your browser can delete saved trip data and may not be reversible.
6. Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion or restriction by email. You can also delete browser-only trip data directly through your browser settings.
7. Changes
We will post the effective date and material changes here before a changed processing practice takes effect. Effective 16 September 2026.
