1. Purpose and scope
These terms govern use of BUPHY’s trip-planning and baggage-information service. Effective 16 September 2026.
2. Service scope
BUPHY provides item guidance, airline-baggage information, weight estimates and packing lists. It is not a ticketing, carriage or immigration-authorisation service.
3. Final decision
The operating carrier, departure security authority and relevant government authorities make the final decision on boarding, cabin or checked carriage, dangerous goods, customs, quarantine and entry. Rules can vary by fare, route, codeshare and travel date; check your ticket and official source before departure.
4. Your responsibility
Provide accurate trip and item information. Confirm dangerous goods, medicine, food, plants, animals and valuables directly with the official authority and airline. Do not make carriage or entry decisions using BUPHY alone.
5. Service changes
We may change features, airline information or interface for accuracy, security and improvement. Material changes to these terms will be posted before they take effect.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, BUPHY does not guarantee or accept responsibility for carrier or authority decisions, rule changes, input errors, itinerary changes, baggage loss or damage, denial of boarding or denial of entry.
7. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Use the terms, privacy and support page for service or terms inquiries.
